Effective Date: September 8, 2026
PeptideDosages.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your rights regarding your data.
This policy explains our data practices. Reading this policy, browsing the website, or continuing to use it does not itself provide consent to optional analytics or waive your privacy rights.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you interact with our site. This includes:
- Account registration: When you create a free account, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and password. Your password is stored in encrypted (hashed) form and is never visible to us in plain text.
- Newsletter subscription: When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.
- Contact form submissions: When you submit a message through our Contact Us page, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Protocol requests: When you request a dosage protocol, we collect whatever information you include in your submission (typically a peptide name and vial size).
Information collected automatically
When you visit our site, certain information is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure and standard web technologies:
- Log data: Our web server records standard log information including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies: We use cookies to manage user sessions (keeping you logged in), store preferences, and cache navigation data for performance. See the “Cookies” section below for details.
- Local storage: We use browser local storage to cache navigation menu data for performance. This data does not contain personal information and can be cleared through your browser settings.
Information we do NOT collect
We do not collect payment information (we do not sell anything), social security numbers, government-issued identification, health or medical records, or any sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Account management: To create and manage your user account, authenticate your login sessions, and provide access to gated content.
- Communication: To send you newsletter emails (if you subscribed), respond to contact form messages, and notify you about protocol requests you have submitted.
- Site operation: To maintain, secure, and improve the functionality of our website, including performance optimization, error detection, and security monitoring.
- Analytics: To understand page popularity, navigation, and website performance so we can improve our content. Reports may be aggregated, but underlying usage records are not necessarily anonymous: depending on the analytics tool and whether you are signed in, they can include browser identifiers, IP addresses, and account identifiers. The Google Analytics limits below apply specifically to Google Analytics, not to account administration or separate first-party analytics.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Google Analytics
Current configuration: We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for limited public-page usage reporting. During the current temporary rollout, the integration does not apply country or state exclusions and does not display a consent popup. Measurement can begin on eligible pages unless you have opted out, your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or a technical exclusion applies. Regional controls are not yet active.
GA4 helps us understand how our public research articles and dosage pages are used. It is intended for website-usage reporting, not for identifying readers, making health inferences about individuals, or building advertising profiles.
- Reporting scope: Public-page views, visit and session counts, referral sources, approximate country or region, and basic browser/device categories. Public article paths and titles identify the content viewed. We do not need the contents of your searches, forms, or messages for these reports.
- Excluded information and activity: We do not send names, email addresses, WordPress account IDs, contact messages, newsletter or signup submissions, passwords, or form-field values to GA4. Signup, login, account, contact, and form-completion pages and signed-in visits are excluded from GA4 measurement. Advertising features, Google Signals, and automatic form, search, and outbound-click measurement are disabled for this integration.
- Browser identifiers: GA4 can use first-party cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*to distinguish browsers and sessions. These are pseudonymous identifiers, not proof that a reader has been identified by name, and they may still be personal data under applicable law. - Network information: When a browser connects to Google, Google receives technical connection information, including its IP address. Google states that GA4 uses IP addresses at collection time to derive location information and discards them before logging the data. This does not mean the connection transmits no personal data. Granular location/device collection is disabled, and this integration does not request browser GPS access.
This temporary configuration does not automatically exclude visits from jurisdictions that require prior consent. Reading this notice or continuing to browse is not an affirmative consent action, and the footer opt-out is not a substitute for prior consent where required. You can disable this integration using the control linked below. Your access to public content does not depend on accepting analytics.
A normal Analytics opt-out link in the website footer leads to the control in our Cookie Policy. It is not a floating button, sticky bar, automatic dialog, or popup. The integration leaves GA4 off when the browser sends Global Privacy Control or remembers a previous opt-out. If a technical check fails, it does not load Google Analytics.
Google’s processing is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. These Google Analytics disclosures do not describe information you separately submit when creating an account or contacting us.
Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your web browser. We use the following types of cookies:
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the site to function properly. They include session cookies that keep you logged into your account and security cookies (such as nonce tokens) that protect form submissions from cross-site request forgery. You cannot opt out of essential cookies and continue to use the site’s account features.
Functional cookies
These cookies remember your preferences and improve your experience. For example, we cache navigation menu data in local storage so the site loads faster on subsequent visits.
Analytics cookies and preferences
GA4 uses first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions. The configured analytics-cookie lifetime is 180 days, without extending expiry on each page view. The opt-out preference cookie lasts one year, and a matching browser-local preference remains until removed. See the Cookie Policy for details. Optional analytics is not necessary to read public articles.
Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies entirely, block third-party cookies only, or delete cookies when you close the browser. Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging in or accessing gated content. For instructions on managing cookies, consult your browser’s help documentation.
Third-Party Services
Our site uses third-party services to operate, including a hosting provider, content delivery networks for fonts and icons, and standard content management infrastructure. These services may process limited technical data (such as your IP address and browser information) as part of delivering web content to your browser. Their use is governed by their respective privacy policies.
We do not use third-party advertising networks, tracking pixels, or social media analytics tools that track your behavior across other websites.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
- SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers
- Encrypted (hashed) password storage, so passwords are never stored or visible in plain text
- Regular software updates to our platform, themes, and plugins to address known security vulnerabilities
- Access controls limiting who can view or modify stored data
No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. Specifically:
- Account data: Retained for as long as your account exists. If you request account deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.
- Newsletter subscriptions: Your email address is retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
- Contact form messages: Retained for up to 12 months for reference, then deleted.
- Server logs: Retained according to our hosting provider’s standard retention schedule (typically 30 to 90 days).
Google Analytics retention: GA4 user-data and event-data retention are set to two months, with reset on new user activity disabled. Analytics cookies have a configured lifetime of 180 days without renewing expiry on each page view. Browser-cookie lifetime and retention of event records are different settings; standard aggregate reports are not subject to the same two-month event-retention setting. The opt-out cookie lasts one year, with a matching local-storage preference until removed.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correction: You can request that we correct any inaccurate or incomplete personal information.
- Deletion: You can request that we delete your personal information. For account data, this means deleting your user account.
- Unsubscribe: You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us directly.
- Data portability: Where applicable, you can request your data in a portable, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us through our Contact page. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
Children’s Privacy
PeptideDosages.com is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us through our Contact page.
International Users
PeptideDosages.com is operated from the United States. If you are visiting from outside the United States, please be aware that your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Browsing the site does not itself constitute consent to an international transfer. We make reasonable efforts to comply with applicable data protection laws in the jurisdictions where our users are located.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and United Kingdom
If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have additional rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent (provided when you create an account, subscribe, or submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving our website.
For California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion of their data, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

Our site contains links to external websites, including academic journals, government databases, regulatory agencies, and third-party vendors. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external site you visit through links on our pages.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. A policy update does not by itself provide consent to any new processing that requires your permission.
