How to read this peptide dosage chart

Each row is a compact index of one published protocol page. It is not a stand-alone recommendation. Click the peptide name before interpreting a dose range because the linked page identifies the schedule, route, formulation, calculation basis, and evidence limits.

Vial size

The mass or labeled potency in that protocol's vial. A larger vial does not automatically mean a larger research dose.

Protocol concentration

The mass per mL produced by the final volume documented on the linked protocol page. The required diluent is product-specific.

Protocol dose range

The amount range summarized from the linked research protocol. Choose View chart for its complete phases, options, and context. It is not a universal range for every formulation, route, or research setting.

Frequency

The schedule category shown by that protocol. Open the page for the exact period, timing, phases, and units per administration.

Calculation guide

Peptide dosage chart calculations

The chart separates peptide mass from liquid volume. Milligrams and micrograms describe mass; milliliters describe the volume drawn. The final concentration connects the two.

Concentrationvial mass ÷ final volume = mass per mL
Draw volumeselected mass ÷ concentration = mL to draw
U-100 markingsmL to draw × 100 = syringe units

Worked calculation: a 10 mg vial prepared to 2 mL has a concentration of 5 mg/mL. A 500 mcg calculation equals 0.5 mg, which is 0.10 mL or 10 markings on a U-100 syringe. U-100 means 100 units per mL; these are volume markings, not peptide International Units (IU).[1]

Use the peptide dosage calculator for the arithmetic, the peptide reconstitution guide for the preparation workflow, and the syringe measurement guide for U-100 markings and measurement limits.

Single peptides, blends, and stacks

Single

Single-peptide protocols

One named compound and its vial-specific calculation. Compare strengths within the same family without assuming that vial mass changes the protocol amount range.

Blend

Premixed peptide blends

Two or more compounds supplied in one vial. The full protocol keeps the total blend amount and each component explicit.

Stack

Separate-vial stacks

Two or more products used in one research schedule while retaining independent vial identity, concentration, and preparation instructions.

Evidence context

How research schedules and dose ranges differ

A peptide dosing protocol can summarize different levels of evidence. Some pages translate amounts and schedules reported in human clinical trial data. Others identify community-reported use when no validated human regimen exists, or provide calculation-only examples when evidence is insufficient for a protocol claim. The linked page states which basis applies.

Vial strength and dose are different variables. For the same compound, changing from one mg vial to another usually changes concentration, draw volume, vial duration, and supplies. It does not by itself establish a different target dose, dosing schedule, route, or frequency.

Use the master chart to find a compound and strength, then use the complete peptide dosing guide for its week or phase, amount per administration, frequency, U-100 units, mL, reconstitution steps, storage notes, and published research context.

Peptide dosage FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How do I calculate peptide dosage and reconstitution?

Divide vial mass by final liquid volume to find concentration. Convert the selected mass into the same unit, divide it by concentration to find mL, then multiply mL by 100 for U-100 syringe markings. Use the linked protocol's verified final volume and diluent rather than assuming one universal mixture.

How do I convert a peptide dose to syringe units?

First calculate the volume in mL from the peptide mass and concentration. On a U-100 syringe, 1 mL equals 100 units, so 0.10 mL equals 10 syringe units. These markings describe liquid volume and must not be confused with peptide IU.

Does a larger vial change the protocol dose range?

Not by itself. Vial size changes how much material is available and can change concentration, draw volume, vial duration, and supply counts. The evidence and protocol determine the amount and frequency, not the vial label alone.

Where does the peptide dosing data come from?

Each linked protocol explains its basis. Pages distinguish published human research from community-reported use and calculation-only examples, and they identify important formulation, route, and evidence limitations beside the relevant chart.

Does this chart replace the full peptide protocol page?

No. The master chart is a quick reference and directory. Open the linked protocol before using any row because the complete page supplies the schedule, U-100 units, mL, reconstitution, storage, supplies, citations, and limitations needed to interpret it.

Is this peptide dosage chart medical advice?

No. It is an educational research reference and does not establish a safe, effective, or approved regimen for any person. Peptides on this site are discussed for laboratory and research purposes only.
